The Calm Before the Storm...

Before I jump back into "the storm" that is my all consuming project ala Muse Shack...
I need a little vacation
- even if it's a virtual one -
something calming, soothing, and grounding.
Sound good?
*
Let's step out of our ethereal cabana where we have just had the most wonderful massage. Grab your fresh mango margarita and walk out to admire the view and feel the gentle sun on your skin...

The only sound you hear is the gentle lapping of the clear water against the shore and the occasional call of a seabird...

In a place where natural and pristine beauty has outlasted even the oldest of civilizations...

The complications of everyday life are carried off on the gentle sea breeze and the most simple things take on a new sort of beauty, one that gets overlooked when life gets too fast...

Nothing extravagant is necessary because all that you need to feel elated is in front of you and costs nothing but your time ... Indescribable beauty is everywhere you look.

Time seems irrelevant --

Someone else can watch over things for a while

While you just enjoy the moment ...
... this ...
is precisely why I live at the beach...

Oh Miss Kris, you always make me so happy. HUGS! I WISH that was MY beach LOL, but it's south of the border :) I live at a different beach, in CA, that isn't quite so magical, it gets pretty crowded, but I'll still take it!

Time does seem irrelevant by the sea..., that's what I love about it. It's just inspirational.

Alas, poor me, I am a landlubber. But, I dream about the sea. Give me the mountains or a beach and I'll choose the beach every time. It's a primal thing.

Oooo Isa, I can always just step right into wherever your fantasies take us.
I could imagine exactly what that would feel like to step out of a massage to that view AND the Mango Margarita!!! And I have to say, that the magic would not be any different if I was the massage therapist giving the massage. Maybe that is one of the benefits of my profession, being swept away in the magic of the moment.
And the beach mmmm....I love my river also for all of the same reasons.
