Green with Envy

I never thought of myself as a 'green' person (in regards to color choices) - but as I look around Museville, it's a predominant colour around here ... albeit faded or hinted within another hue - but it's most assuredly there.

With greens like the ones below - how can you not love this colour? I have been pining away over these 16th century Italian tin-glazed wine jars - I need those architectural fragments in the back ground, too! (Don't you love how I've gone from want to need? eek.)
These beauties will have to remain in my dreams for now, but are they not just simply sublime?
Gorgeous.

Or how about this stunning little green shell on its antique stand atop lovely antique green books that FrenchBlue & Co found? That's some treasure pile. I wish it all was mine.

I love the moss and silver centerpiece in this gorgeous faded green tablescape - and the chairs, and the table, and the glassware... and the silverware. Definitely green with envy.

Yep, the greens are tugging on my heart - I could certainly find a spot for this gorgeous faded grey-green Chinese piece in the eclectic Museville...

And these antique french books - well, I'd love my desk to be covered in them... my shelves to be filled with them ...

And although there are these chalk green walls - it is not them I am after in this photo
... It's that door.

Yes, the door.
I want that for my studio.
The hunt is on.

xo Isa

Beautiful looks Isa. I've been into greens for a few year now. Mostly muted sage greens and others that compliment, but I recently liked an apple green room I saw lately. Nevertheless, I still haven't tired of green yet. I find it very soothing.

I love old shutters that have a lovely green patina on them and are weather worn. Must be the desire for spring stirring within us!
